Order Delivery Times

Order delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to supply chain delays, seasonal demand, or special-order components. Iris Windows does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
- Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier scheduling.
Shipping Methods
Due to the size and fragility of our products, we use specialized freight services:
- Package Delivery for single window orders and require a signature upon delivery.

LTL Pallet Delivery for larger or palletized orders delivered by tailgate truck with appointment scheduling, signature confirmation, and full insurance.

Dedicated Trucking for larger volume shipments

White Glove Delivery may be available upon request (additional charges apply)
All deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the product indoors. The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present at delivery and be at least 18 years old.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and United States.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional time or surcharges.
Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your delivery at the time of arrival:

Note any visible damage on the delivery slip.

Take photos immediately of the damage and packaging.

Report issues to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this timeframe.
Missed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to inaccessibility, absence, or customer refusal:

A re-delivery fee will apply.

Backorders & Partial Shipments
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified and given the option to:
