If you purchased your IRIS windows or doors with professional installation by our team, you’re backed by our 25-Year No-Worries Warranty:

  • ✅ 25 years of coverage on both the product and installation

  • ✅ Includes all components: glass, hardware, frames, insulation, caulking, and flashing

  • ✅ 100% parts and labour included—no hidden service charges

  • ✅ No pro-rating or diminishing coverage over time

  • ✅ Transferable if you sell your home

That means if a handle breaks, a seal fails, or something shifts over time, we’ll fix it—no questions asked.

Supply Only? Still Protected.

If you purchased your IRIS products without installation (e.g., for DIY or contractor installs), you’re still protected by our 25-Year Limited Product Warranty:
