1. Made-to-Order Policy
All Iris products are manufactured based on the exact size, configuration, and finish you select at checkout. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
This applies to all windows and doors — including standard sizes — since each item is produced individually for your order.
Before placing your order, please review all details carefully, including:

Iris is not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product will fit the intended opening and that the site is prepared for installation.
2. Quality & Damage Guarantee
While returns aren’t possible, your order is fully protected against defects or shipping damage.
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos and a brief description at info@iriswindows.com.
If confirmed as a manufacturing or transit issue, we will repair or remake the affected parts at no cost to you. We take full responsibility for ensuring your windows arrive exactly as promised.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once materials are cut or fabrication starts, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled.
4. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If visible damage occurs during transit:

Note it with the carrier (e.g., “Received Damaged”).

Take photos of the packaging and affected product.

Claims submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for compensation.
