Order Processing Times

  • Stock Products: Ship within 10–15 business days.

  • Custom Products: Made to order. Production lead time is typically 3–5 weeks.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Processing times are estimates only and may be extended due to supply chain delays, seasonal demand, or special-order components. Iris Windows does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

  • Processing time does not include transit time. Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier scheduling.

Shipping Methods

Due to the size and fragility of our products, we use specialized freight services:

  • LTL Freight for smaller or palletized orders

  • Dedicated Trucking for larger volume shipments

  • White Glove Delivery may be available upon request (additional charges apply)

All deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the product indoors. The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present at delivery and be at least 18 years old.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and United States.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional time or surcharges.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Free or promotional shipping may be available on select stock items.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your delivery at the time of arrival:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery slip.

  • Take photos immediately of the damage and packaging.

  • Report issues to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this timeframe.

Missed Deliveries

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to inaccessibility, absence, or customer refusal:

  • A re-delivery fee will apply.

  • Storage fees may also apply if shipment is delayed beyond the scheduled window.

Backorders & Partial Shipments

If an item is on backorder, you will be notified and given the option to:

  • Wait for the full shipment

  • Receive available items first (additional shipping charges may apply)

  • Cancel the backordered item for a refund

International Shipping
