Shipping Methods
Due to the size and fragility of our products, we use specialized freight services:
- Package Delivery for single window orders and require a signature upon delivery.
- LTL Pallet Delivery for larger or palletized orders delivered by tailgate truck with appointment scheduling, signature confirmation, and full insurance.
- Dedicated Trucking for larger volume shipments
- White Glove Delivery may be available upon request (additional charges apply)
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to eligible addresses throughout Canada and the continental United States.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your delivery at the time of arrival:

Note any visible damage on the delivery slip.

Take photos immediately of the damage and packaging.

Report issues to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this timeframe.
Missed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to inaccessibility, absence, or customer refusal:

A re-delivery fee will apply.

Storage fees may also apply if shipment is delayed beyond the scheduled window.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified and given the option to:
