Order Delivery Times

• Windows: Delivered within 15–25 business days.

• Patio Doors: Delivered within 20–30 business days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

• Order delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to supply chain delays, seasonal demand, or special-order components. Iris Windows does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

• Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier scheduling.
  

Shipping Methods

Due to the size and fragility of our products, we use specialized freight services:

• Package Delivery for single window orders and require a signature upon delivery.
• LTL Pallet Delivery for larger or palletized orders delivered by tailgate truck with appointment scheduling, signature confirmation, and full insurance.
• Dedicated Trucking for larger volume shipments
• White Glove Delivery may be available upon request (additional charges apply)

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to eligible addresses throughout Canada and the continental United States.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or locations outside Canada and the continental United States unless otherwise agreed to in writing by IRIS Windows and Doors.

• Deliveries to remote, rural, or difficult-to-access locations may require additional transit time and may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Shipping Costs - Canada

• • We proudly offer free shipping across Canada on most orders.

  • Due to limited carrier availability and increased freight costs in certain remote, rural, or difficult-to-access regions, additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If applicable, any additional shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before your order is finalized.

Shipping Costs - United States

• • All orders shipped to the United States are subject to shipping charges.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including order size, weight, delivery location, shipping method, and carrier requirements.

  • The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

  • IRIS Windows and Doors covers all applicable customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with shipping your order from Canada to the United States. Customers will not be charged additional customs, duties, tariffs, import taxes, or brokerage fees by IRIS beyond the shipping charges and other amounts displayed at checkout.

  • Additional charges resulting from changes to the delivery location, incorrect delivery information, limited site access, missed delivery appointments, storage, re-delivery, or other circumstances caused by the customer are not included in the shipping charge and may be charged separately.

U.S. Customs Clearance

• • IRIS Windows and Doors manages the customs clearance process and covers applicable customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with shipping your order from Canada to the United States.
  • Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably required to complete customs clearance or comply with applicable U.S. import requirements.
  • Customs processing, inspections, government actions, or other circumstances outside the control of IRIS Windows and Doors may result in additional delivery delays. IRIS Windows and Doors does not guarantee customs clearance or delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, government agencies, carriers, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your delivery at the time of arrival:

• Note any visible damage on the delivery slip.

• Take photos immediately of the damage and packaging.

• Report issues to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this timeframe.

Missed Deliveries

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to inaccessibility, absence, or customer refusal:

• A re-delivery fee will apply.

• Storage fees may also apply if shipment is delayed beyond the scheduled window.

Backorders & Partial Shipments

If an item is on backorder, you will be notified and given the option to:

• Wait for the full shipment

• Receive available items first (additional shipping charges may apply)

• Cancel the backordered item for a refund

Shipping Outside Canada and the United States

We do not currently offer standard shipping to destinations outside Canada and the continental United States.
